It was a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was the delicious traditional Turkish spread with a wide variety of fresh options to choose each morning what you like. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything I needed specially MALL OF ISTANBUL. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, specially Mr. ABAZA, the hotel manager, who was very professional, respectful and keen to ensure the guest's comfort - he truly deserves recognition. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future!

I would like to thank all the staff, they are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect just cross the bridge and you will be on mall of Istanbul (about 5 min. only), we really love the place and sure we will come again on the next visit.

I had a fantastic stay at El Emin Hotel! I especially want to thank Mr. Doğukan at the reception. He is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. His hospitality made me feel not like a guest in a hotel, but truly at home. With such professional and kind staff, this hotel will always be my first choice. Good, clean, very conveniently located hotel. The staff were superb and very helpful. Particularly Mr Bekir at the front seat who went out of his way to assist and help with a problem we were having with our transport, and also was superbly helpful throughout our stay. Also similar very helpful experience with the lady in the breakfast room. Superb value for money.

From the very first second we entered the hotel, the staff members took care of us. Since I had just undergone an operation and couldn’t go to breakfast, my mum was allowed to bring food from the restaurant to my room for a few days. We really appreciated it as it made our stay much more comfortable. Therefore, the best part of this hotel is the staff members. They are really helpful and professional!
