From the very first second we entered the hotel, the staff members took care of us. Since I had just undergone an operation and couldn’t go to breakfast, my mum was allowed to bring food from the restaurant to my room for a few days. We really appreciated it as it made our stay much more comfortable. Therefore, the best part of this hotel is the staff members. They are really helpful and professional!

His hospitality made me feel not like a guest in a hotel, but truly at home. With such professional and kind staff, this hotel will always be my first choice. Good, clean, very conveniently located hotel. The staff were superb and very helpful. Particularly Mr Bekir at the front seat who went out of his way to assist and help with a problem we were having with our transport, and also was superbly helpful throughout our stay. Also similar very helpful experience with the lady in the breakfast room. Superb value for money.
